WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our Private Charters and Scheduled Runs are subject to a 24hr cancellation policy. We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen weather circumstances if we believe it is a safety risk.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

Our office and drivers are in constant contact regarding weather conditions for trips. If we see a forecast that may result in a cancellation, we will contact you as far in advance as possible to alert you. Our cancellation policy does not apply to trips cancelled by us due to unforeseen weather circumstances.
